Eleven Different Four-Week Studies
Foundations: The Bible – This study will focus on helping you develop confidence that God’s Word can be trusted above and beyond your own feelings, values, opinions, and culture.
Foundations: God - This study on God focuses on getting to know him - his character, his values and his love - and in the process come to experience him in a more powerful and personal way. As you begin this journey, expect that God will use this study to reveal more of Himself to you and your group.
Foundations: Jesus - This study on Jesus is all about relationships. As you look at what the Bible says about the person of Christ, you are doing so as one who is developing a lifelong relationship with Jesus.
Foundations: Holy Spirit - This study on The Holy Spirit focuses on building confidence in your relationship with God based on the presence of the Holy Spriit in your life. You will see with eyes of faith just how the Holy Spirit is at work in your daily life and how you can be filled with the Holy Spirit each day.
Foundations: Salvation - This study on Salvation focuses on God's solutions to people's need for salvation and their understanding of what Jesus Christ did for us on the cross. God's love and provision in salvation offers each of us assurance and security.
Foundations: Sanctification – This study examines the struggle and importance of growing to become more like Christ. The goal of this study is to help you understand the believer’s call to a life of holiness.
Foundations: The Church –This study explores how the church began, the nature of the church, and the mission of the church. The goal of this study is to help you understand God’s plan and purpose for His Church.
Foundations: Creation - This study on Creation focuses on how each of us was personally created by a loving God. While we will not shy away from the great scientific and theological arguments that surround the creation/evolution debate, the goal of this study is to deepen the awareness of God as your creator.
Foundations: Good and Evil – The question of good and evil is the number one question people have about God and the world we live in. The goal of this study is to see our faith and relationship with God built up as we understand why good and evil exists in this world and why God allows bad things to happen.
Foundations: Second Coming – This study addresses the uncertainties surrounding the second coming of Jesus Christ and confirms it doesn’t have to be a source of confusion or fear; instead His coming again is a source of hope for believers.
Foundations: The Afterlife – The afterlife is serious business and a look at God’s truths concerning our eternal destiny can make an incredible impact on our hearts. This study gives you hope and helps you move from a focus on the here and now to a focus on eternity.
