WHAT IS A FACILITATOR?
Are you an influencer or would you like to become one? Do you see a crucial need for revival among the church and the way it thinks? Are you willing to be a part of a grander story that could change the minds and hearts of Christians throughout our nation? If so, we invite you to consider partnering with us as a trained Facilitator.

The Truth Project offers an opportunity for exponential worldview change within the body of Christ. You can be directly involved in the process by becoming a small group leader. As a Facilitator, you will facilitate a small group using our DVD-based lessons and see for yourself the dramatic spiritual and intellectual transformation that will take place as a result of these powerful studies.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE A FACILITATOR?
To facilitate a study under the umbrella of SCC we require you to be an official member of Southwest Community Church. (All members have: attended C.L.A.S.S. 101 and are familiar with our church structure and strategy, agreed to our Statement of Faith, have been baptized as a believer in Jesus Christ, and been approved by our Elder Board.) We feel these are essential components of a person representing Southwest Community Church in any leadership capacity, including small group facilitators.

WHAT ABOUT TRAINING?
Each Facilitator will be equipped through a 4 hour Saturday morning training, comprehensive web-based support, a leader's kit and additional resources on Christian worldview. God continues to use ordinary men and women to make a difference in our world. After prayerful consideration, if you believe God is calling you to become a part of this exciting program, we hope you will call us and we'll get you into training.
